Arden Greenspan-Goldberg, is a nationally known family and marriage psychotherapist who maintains a private practice in New City, New York and New York City. Her areas of specialization include eating disorders, sport psychology, gay and lesbian youth, women, men, teen and young adult issues. She has her Masters in Social Work from Hunter College School of Social Work, City University of N.Y. and two Certificates in Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis from the National Institute for the Psychotherapies in New York.

As an adjunct professor at St. Thomas Aquinas College she taught psychology of women, introduction to eating disorders and treatment of eating disorders. She is a sought after speaker for profit, non-profit agencies, corporate, college, high school, middle and elementary schools.

Arden has been a guest talk and radio show expert and has appeared numerous times on The View, John Walsh, Sally Jesse, Maury Povich, Rolanda, Gordon Elliot, Maureen O’Boyle, Ricki Lake, The People’s Court, MSNBC, Fox 5 News, Channel 11News and Good Day New York.

February 1997 Arden was profiled in the Rockland Journal News as a “Role Model in Rockland.” She has been interviewed by Ladies Home Journal Magazine, “Can This Marriage Be Saved,” Women’s Own magazine, Family Circle and Body by Jake.
